Coaching That Fits Your Life

I’m Dr. Laura.

I’m a coach for women who feel like they’ve lost consistency, confidence, and control over their health, and want a way back that actually fits their life.

I have a PhD in Integrative Biology, and I’m certified in personal training, nutrition, corrective exercise, pelvic floor training, and menopause coaching. But what matters more than any credential is this:

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from application.

I’ve been on both sides of this, and I know how frustrating it can feel when nothing seems to stick.

Most of the women I work with are in their mid-30s and beyond. They’re balancing work, family, and a long list of responsibilities. They’ve tried to “get back on track” more times than they can count, and they’re tired of starting over.

They’re not lazy.
They’re not unmotivated.
They’re using strategies that no longer match their life or their physiology.

For many women, this season also includes the hormonal and physiological shifts of perimenopause, which can change how their body responds to stress, exercise, recovery, and nutrition.

My role is to change that.

How I Work

My coaching is built around three things:

Strength

Structure

Self-trust

You don’t need more information.
You need a plan that fits your life and a way to follow through with it.

No extremes.
No starting over.
No all-or-nothing.

It’s about doing the right things, consistently, in a way that fits your actual life.

What Makes Me Different

Most fitness advice doesn’t account for real life, stress, or hormonal changes.

Mine does.

You’ll get:

  • Strength training that builds, not burns you out

  • Nutrition that supports energy and hormones

  • Coaching that adapts when life gets busy

This works on your worst weeks, not just your best ones.
