What would change if you treated your body less like a problem to fix and more like a relationship to nourish?
Join us for another Self Love Reset, an evening dedicated to reconnecting with yourself through movement, reflection, mindfulness, laughter, and self-compassion.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and explore how you speak to, move with, nourish, and care for your body. Through accessible somatic movement, gentle mobility, guided meditation, intentional reflection, and playful connection, we'll create space to notice the ways we may have become disconnected from ourselves and begin to shift that relationship.
You’ll be guided through:
• Accessible movement with options for every body, including chair adaptations
• Somatic and slow movement to help you reconnect with how your body feels
• A guided meditation and conversation with your body
• Mindset practices and mantras
• Reflective nourishment activities
• A closing ritual and collective intention, including Reiki
You don't need to be flexible, fit, spiritual, or “good at meditation” to participate. Come exactly as you are.
This is not about forcing yourself to love every part of your body. It is about building a kinder, more curious, more nourishing relationship with the body you live in.
Come move. Come reflect. Come laugh. Come reconnect.
